Canon Authorised Service Partner (ASP)
We offer customer support service for Canon printers and scanners (including the new all-in-one units) for products sold through Canon Malaysia’s nationwide marketing network.

We also provide:
PRODUCT WARRANTY
To make a claimant, you will need to produce your warranty card and provide proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover Canon products purchased through parallel import or from other sources apart from Canon Marketing Sdn Bhd.
REPAIRS
We use only genuine replacement parts for your Canon machinery repairs. These replacement components are covered by a specified guarantee period.
Our repair rates adhere to guidelines set by Canon Malaysia.

REPLACEMENT SCHEME
Under Canon’s unique ‘Canon-to-Canon’ replacement scheme, you can trade in your old Canon machine (non functional even) with us and get an attractive price for a newer Canon model.
This is Canon’s way of rewarding its loyal customers.

		We supply maintenance contracts, servicing and repairs for UPS systems. Today, we are the preferred organization for complete UPS support by leading companies in Malaysia. Our years of experience means you can relax, knowing your power supply is in steady hands.

6.Fax Machine Repair & Maintenance
		Laser faxes, laser multifunction machines, thermal and inkjet fax machines. We do them all. Our field technicians are factory trained and certified to service and repair laser facsimile equipment from Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Xerox, Panasonic and Brother. Tell us, and we’ll have your consumable items such as toners, drums and developers promptly delivered to you for the models we sell and service.
